The coal industry as, actually, a number of other industrial branches, it was a pandemic subject to influence Koronavirus, the slowed-down production, the brought-down price and reduced consumption. By Argus estimates, in the next months demand for coal in the world will decrease because of electricity consumption reduction as in Europe, and in many countries Asia. Besides, sharp reduction in cost of oil will lead to falling of gas prices in Europe and Asia under long-term contracts that will strongly weaken coal positions in the interfuel competition.
