In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation introduced the bill regulating remote education

The bill regulating remote education in Russian Federation, is introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation by group of senators. Authors suggest to make changes to article 16 of the Federal law "About education to Russian Federation" regarding determination of powers on establishment of an order of application electronic trainings, remote educational technologies at realization of educational programs.
