Complaint LLC "TESLA SVYAZ" on actions of Central Federal District Power customs is recognized unreasonable

Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow recognized the unreasonable complaint LLC "TESLA SVYAZ" on actions of Central Federal District Power customs when carrying out electronic auctions on the right of the conclusion the state contracts. The applicant pointed to illegal recognition him contracts which have evaded from the conclusion because of providing inadequate ensuring execution contracts. Capital antimonopoly department established that as ensuring execution contracts LLC "TESLA SVYAZ" submitted bank guarantee, inappropriate to requirements of auction documentation and Law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs"...
