Tax specialists suspended collecting debt till July 1 of FTS prolonged a suspension of collecting debt for a month - till July 1. It concerns also a ban on application of interim measures. The suspension concerns all taxpayers, including subjects of small and medium business. Exceptions the tax service called such cases: - the organization or SP uses a situation to hide assets or in a different way to interfere with collecting; - the person declared refusal of the moratorium on initiation of affairs on bankruptcy.
