74 persons are detained in the east China for participation in illegal production of sea sand

The police of Province of Jiangsu in the east China detained 74 persons who are suspecting of illegal production of sea sand for the sum nearly 100 million yuans / about 14 million US dollars/, the local coast guard reported about it.
