Vladimir Putin appointed on July 1 date of The All-Russian vote under amendments to the Constitution Moscow, 1 Jun — Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree according to which the all-Russian vote on adoption of amendments to the Constitution will take place on July 1. The head of state urged Russians to take in him active part. It reminded that the Basic law defines bases "lives of our country, our life and our children".
