What products can exempt from the VAT

The food fund "Russia" addressed in Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation with a request to exempt from the VAT products which companies donate on charity. About it reported on June 1 newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to the copy of the letter of the charitable organization. The fund noted that State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation already approved changes in the Tax code which release companies from taxes on profit if they give to the charitable purposes production within 1% of revenue.
