Novgorod Region divided areas into three zones: Inhabitants "red" Veliky Novgorod because of Koronavirus yet should not waiting for eases

As it is reported on a site of Government of the Novgorod region, the governor Novgorod Region Andrey Nikitin made changes to the decree about a mode of the increased readiness. In particular, the Decree entered differentiation of municipalities of the region on three zones depending on susceptibility of a pandemic which it is conditionally possible to call "green", "yellow" and "red". Comment of Government of the Novgorod region: "The main restrictions will be extended to the municipalities relating to the first or "red" zone.
