A referendum on Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous Area in 2020 will not take place

This year a referendum on association Arkhangelsk Region and Nenets Autonomous District will not take place. This decision was made following the results of meeting in Naryan-Mar with participation of the secretary of general council of "United Russia" Party Andrey Turchak. Also both acting governors took part in it Alexander Tsybulsky and Youri Bezdudny.
