"Skolkovo": Remote connection of subscribers requires more tools

Experts "Skolkovo" advise the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications to expand the list of tools for remote connection of cellular subscribers. About it write daily business newspaper "Vedomosti". It is a question of the bill of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications published in April in which department suggested to allow operators to connect remotely the subscribers registered in Uniform system of identification and authorization (ESIA) and in Uniform biometric system.
