State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved amendments to rules of registration of changes to EGRYuL

Amendments adopted in the first reading. They concern liquidation of companies. It will be impossible to liquidate company if cameral customs inspection is not complete. The bill with the relevant amendments was adopted by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
