To Management companies and condominiums until the end of this year can forbid to sign contracts with collectors on knocking-out of debts from the population, daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" reported with reference to one of authors of the bill, the first deputy chairman of "United Russia" Party Andrey Konstantinovich Isaev. The initiative assumes amending article 155 of the Housing code which will forbid management companies (UK), condominiums and to housing cooperatives to sign contracts with collection agencies.
