Bank Wells Fargo & Co. will be paid by a penalty in 3 billion dollars following the results of investigation

One of the largest American banks Wells Fargo & Co. reported that will pay a penalty in 3 billion dollars for arbitration of the authorities. The agreement is concluded with the Ministry of Justice and with the Commission on securities and the markets. General director banks Charlie Sharf recognized that credits which have developed earlier at delivery practice "did not correspond to values" banks. It assured that bank made fundamental changes in a business model, remuneration managers, the management and practice of managements.
