Why Dinmukhammed Kudaybergen does not want on Eurovision?

Recently there was a short list of applicants for participation in musical competition from Russian Federation. Dinmukhammed Kudaybergen who soon disproved hearings. The singer declared that the only country represented by it on the international scene — is Kazakhstan, its homeland. According to Kudaybergen, he could visit Eurovision only as the guest. On press conferences which have taken place the other day the musician also spoke competition.
