Ministries for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Energy sharply scarified Ministry for Development of Russian Far East about Rosshelf state corporation creation, reported mass media. As writes newspaper "Kommersant", the idea to create state company operator for expansion of access of private investors to the Arctic shelf was offered the president Vladimir Putin by the Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev.
