Vladimir Putin disposed to begin preparation for vote under the Constitution

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the order about the organization of vote for amending the Constitution. According to the document, responsibility for it will be born by the Central Election Commission (CEC). In preparation also participate regional, territorial and precinct election commissions. At the order the president also charged to bodies of the state power and local government to be prepared for carrying out vote and to render assistance to election commissions.
