On vote under the Constitution there will be no international observers

The forthcoming vote on change of the Constitution of the Russian Federation will take place without involvement of the international observers. As the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission Ella Pamfilova declared, for the invitation of observers from abroad there are no legal grounds.
