A bituminous bog liquidated in Birobidzhan

In Birobidzhan liquidated a deadly bituminous bog near Sovetskaya Street which captives repeatedly there were people, birds and animals. On a frost the toxic substance hardened therefore it simply cut out. The contractor took out bitumen to Amur Region to use for own needs. "All territory on perimeter needs to be filled up with pesko-gravel mix, and — to fill up a hole with slag from municipal boiler rooms.
