Noyabrsk was among leaders by quantity of alkgolny poisonings. About it reported in Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare with reference to district information fund of data toxicological monitorings. Statistically, in 2019 Noyabrsk became the third on number of sharp alcoholic poisonings – 8 cases here were recorded.
