Preset Russian ON: list of appendices and start date

At the beginning of December, 2019 the law on preset Russian ON on smartphones, computers and Smart TV according to which all gadgets imported into the country have to have in advance installed Russian programs was signed. Now Federal Antimonopoly Service developed the list of appendices for implementation of the law.
