Shagal Mark Shagal Mark, found in 2015, will sell by auctions

A picture of Russian and the French artist Shagal Mark Shagal Mark "Jacob's Ladder" will be exposed on January 25 on auctions in the Israeli city of Herzliya. In 1996 work was stolen, it found nearly twenty years later.
