On January 15, 2020, 15:00 Minister of Energy Russian Federation Alexander Novak declared that Russian Federation did not arrive demands for delivery oil to Belarus, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". Alexander Novak noted that the Ministry of Energy does not interfere with negotiations of companies because of their commercial character. Earlier the Deputy Prime Minister Belarus Krutoy Dimitri reported that the country considers economically inexpedient to pay to an award to the Russian oil companies in former volumes. As a result Belarus sent the offer on cooperation to Poland, Ukraine, the Baltic State, to Kazakhstan and to Azerbaidjan...
