To Russian Federation changed rules of carrying out government purchases

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the law on change of rules of carrying out government purchases. The innovation is directed on increase of transparency and efficiency of auctions for state institutions. According to the approved document, the customer will have the right to sign contract with the supplier if auction / competition or request of quotations did not take place and also if the ceiling price contracts exceeds the limit size established by the government.
