Semenov Albert: Reformatting of obsolete health system – the right decision of the authorities of the republic

On December 10 the chairman Yakut City Council Semenov Albert took part in meeting of working interfractional group of State Assembly of the Sakha Republic on the subject "Optimization of Health Care of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic".
