The XIII open interregional forum festival of teams of youth self-government "Dialogue of civilizations" collected in Lipetsk record number of participants - 350 people as a part of 26 teams from five cities of Russian Federation: Lipetsk, Moscow, Tver, Veliky Novgorod and Kislovodsk.
