To Penza Region there will take place the XI Interregional book exhibition fair

On November 14, 2019, RIA Penza Region. From November 20 to November 24 in the Penza regional library Lermontov's name the XI Interregional book exhibition fair "The World of Books on the Penza Earth" will work. On Wednesday, November 20, at 11.00 libraries will pass official opening of an exhibition fair and the Children's center in the new building.
