According to point 3.7 of the Order of appointment and payments monthly monetary compensation of part of expenses on payment of premises and (or) utilities to separate categories of citizens on territories Khabarovsk Territory, Government of the Khabarovsk Territory of 21.12.2011 No. 432-pr, in connection with approach of the heating period the EDK size is recalculated from the date of entry into force of the legal act approving occurrence of specified circumstances, without filing of application by the citizen.
