Against the Novosibirsk official initiated proceedings for distribution of lands

Novosibirsk Region suspect the head of the settlement Kolyvan of illegal transfer of lands on 61 million rubles. As the press service of regional prosecutor's office reports, criminal case under the article "Excess by Chapter Local Governments Powers of Office" was brought after public prosecutor's checking. According to department, in 2015 it transferred without carrying out competitions to country association a site more than 30 hectares to rent for 49 years. In 2016 the same association received from the head of the settlement of 14 hectares of the earth free of charge. The total cost of aloof lands is estimated at 61 million rubles...
