daily business newspaper "Vedomosti": Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation prepared amendments on cancellation of criminal articles with punishment on currency violations

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation prepared amendments to the Criminal code, canceling two articles with punishments for currency violations — a non-return of currency revenue and the translations to nonresidents with use of false documents (Art. 193 and 193.1), reported daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" with reference to the relevant bill. Information on authenticity of theses in the document to the edition was confirmed by two persons developing it, and also the deputy minister of finance Aleksey Moiseev.
