Moscow. November 11. information agency "Interfaks" - the Police Filadelfia brought charges of murder of the 59-year-old man to the 14-year-old girl, reports TV channel "CNN". According to police officers, on November 5 they, having arrived on a call, saw the man attached to a bed with an extensive wound of the head and several cuts on a breast. It was declared dead on a scene. The TV channel notes that near a scene the girl was noticed.
