State corporation "Rosatom" declassified the order which forbids scientists to operate car

To experts who participated in creation of the first Soviet nuclear bomb, in the most strict way it was forbidden to operate cars for their safety. The relevant document was declassified by state corporation State corporation "Rosatom".
