The kitchen sponge for washing of ware may contain more than 350 species of the bacteria causing various dangerous infectious diseases. The sponge can be dirtier in 200 thousand times, than a toilet bowl seat, reported in Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare. Not ware, and tables which hostesses wipe a sponge, and also sinks, chopping boards and household appliances becomes a source of dirt.
