To the Soviet scientists who were taking part in creation of the first nuclear bomb, it was forbidden to operate cars. The relevant declassified order of 1948 was published by State corporation "Rosatom". Paper is signed by the chief of a staff of the Soviet nuclear industry, the First main thing of managements at Council of ministers of the USSR, Vannikov Boris on September 18, 1948.
