As it was reported earlier, in social networks there was a video on which small children smoke a hookah. — Inspectors on affairs of minors of department of police "Lenin" UMVD Russian Federation on Kemerovo found out that the 22-year-old local resident together with daughters at the age of 3 and 4 years was on a visit at the 16-year-old acquaintance, and that allowed to try to children a hookah — noted in department.
