Microsoft COR let out Windows 10 19H2 of Build 18363.418 for the insiders using assembly 18362.10024

Some time ago Microsoft COR confirmed that assembly of Windows 10 at number 18363.418 becomes final for the November 2019 Update (19H2) updating. This assembly was available to insiders on the Release Preview channel since October 8, 2019. But insiders on the Late Access channel (Slow Ring) could not establish it.
