New stadium in Kaliningrad transferred to the regional possession

Government of the Russian Federation transferred to the regional possession stadium "Kaliningrad". The corresponding order is published on a portal of legal information. Kaliningrad Region is transferred to property stadium, ticket offices, all check points – six for visitors and two transport. Transfer of object to property has to be carried out till January 1, 2020.
