The cruise fleet swims away in budget

As found out newspaper "Kommersant", the Deputy Prime Minister Youri Ivanovich Borisov recommended to Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation again to make the offer to allocate 105 billion rubles for the program of preferential leasing of vessels in the government. Such approach was discussed during meeting of Sea board. Earlier Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation refused to include similar expenses in budget for 2020-2022. Also on Sea board the increase in the budgetary payments on a ship utilization grant was discussed to stimulate updating of the cruise fleet which middle age makes 45 years.
