Gennady Zyuganov disperses the party aristocracy

The leader of Communist Party of the Russian Federation suggested to carry out rotation of the case of the communist deputy, having limited the right of the guaranteed election on a party list to two terms. However this rule probably will have many exceptions. As counted newspaper "Kommersant" if the principle of rotation started working with present convocation, to the following elections on places through passage ten communist deputy would not get. Last Saturday, speaking at plenum of the Central Committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the party leader Gennady Zyuganov told about the future rotation among the communist deputy.
