SK initiated proceedings after attack with a gun on bank in Yekaterinburg

The investigative department of SK of Kirovsky district Yekaterinburg brought criminal case upon attack on office JSC bank "Otkrytie" as a result of which one of visitors of the organization was lost. About it daily business newspaper "RBK daily" reported in Investigation department of Investigative committee of the Russian Federation on Sverdlovsk region. Case is opened on h. 2 Art. 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the murder interfaced to robbery) and h. 4 Art. 162 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (robbery). Under these articles the malefactor is threatened by punishment up to lifelong imprisonment.
