River navigation will close in Khabarovsk because of bad weather

Completion of river navigation is planned for October 28 on Amur River in Khabarovsk. The decision was made at meeting of the commission on an emergency. The ban of an exit on water before the usual is caused by deterioration of weather conditions and the beginning ledostava, reports Vostokmedia with reference to the press service City administration. The exception is made by only small size vessels which are used by government bodies of the power for implementation of supervising functions.
