Today the president Vladimir Putin visited one of the oldest Russian higher education institutions the VGIK. In the beginning to the head of state conducted tour on institute, then passed meeting where discussed prospects and problems of film industries. At a meeting in the VGIK participants of action pointed to difficulties with debut works. So, general director "Mosfilm", Karen Shakhnazarov told the president that the state covers to 70% of expenses, and 30% the declared budgets the movie debutants have to bring.
