Moscow prepared the draft decision on transfer of the First committee UNGA  (deals with issues of disarmament and the international security) from New York to Geneva or Vienna, the deputy constant representative reported Russian Federation at office of United Nations in Geneva Belousov Andrey. "Such project is prepared, we even held informal consultations.
