Pskovgu celebrates the 8 anniversary

On October 14 the Pskov state university celebrates birthday. Higher education institution was founded 8 years ago, in 2011. Having united in the structure the Pskov polytechnical university, STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION PGPU NAMED AFTER S. M. KIROVA and construction technical school, Pskovgu became the largest higher education institution the region. Since 2017 Pskovgu is one of 33 basic higher education institutions Russian Federation. University realizes 90% of programs of the highest educations in the region. 70% of all students of the region (more than 10 000) students – Pskovgu's students. 88% of candidates and doctors of science in the region work in ours higher education institution.
