In the Kremlin do not discuss possibility of return of the death penalty, the press secretary President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov declared information agency "RIA Novosti". So he commented on public discussion about cancellation of the moratorium on the death penalty which began after murder in Saratov the nine-year-old girl.
