Chrome Web Store blocked the uBlock Origin updating publication

Hill Raymond (Raymond Hill), the author of systems of blocking of an undesirable content of uBlock Origin and uMatrix, faced impossibility of the publication of the next test release (1.22.5rc1) the advertizing uBlock Origin blocker in the Chrome Web Store catalog.
