The Irkutsk governor explained increase of the salary by care of civil servants

The governor Irkutsk Region Sergei Levchenko declared that raised to itself a salary for 44% for the sake of growth of salaries state employees. According to him, the income of civil servants is estimated in a percentage ratio with money which are received by the regional head.
