The Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights  Anna Kuznetsova intends to check how render the palliative help to children in regions. It will allow to take the following step on a way to improvement of such support to young Russians, she declared. The children's ombudsman reported that together with experts and representatives of parental community the road map on improvement of rendering the palliative helps is made.
