The Kremlin refused to discuss return of the death penalty to Russian Federation

The press secretary of the president Dmitry Peskov declared that the Kremlin does not plan to discuss now a question of return of the death penalty. About it reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". The comment was heard against the public discussion caused by loud murder in Saratov of the nine-year-old girl. On the official page of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation "VKontakte" was started poll about return of the death penalty for murderers of children and pedophiles.
