Scientists found correlation between the low speed of walking and indicators of aging of an organism and deterioration of cognitive functions at the age of 45 years. For this purpose they analysed data on life and health more than 900 New Zealanders: at those who went more slowly than the others, indicators of physical health and brain health were worse, and their persons looked is more senior.
