Detained suspects of hooliganism and extortion after incident in the market of Novosibirsk

As the press service of Head department of ministry of internal affairs of The Russian Federation on Novosibirsk region reported, in the afternoon on October 7 on Malygin Street there was a conflict between two groups of people. Let's remind, as a result of incident five people suffered. They needed help doctors, and two of them were hospitalized. As it became clear later, the conflict occurred between market dealers and malefactors who extorted from them money for the right trades.
